My real estate career began as a licensed general contractor in Albany, Oregon. For over 10 years I was part of the construction industry, repairing and selling homes.
My wife passed away in 1989 and I needed a change so I moved to Boise, Idaho where I had family. I started as a supervisor and warrantee coordinator for Mortensen Construction. I worked there until a market slow down in 2000. I decided to put to use the knowledge I gained in construction and got my real estate license. I started with Century 21 1st Place in Boise as an agent. After the real estate slowdown in 2008 and because I wanted to enjoy the Idaho outdoors hunting and fishing more plus and the small town atmosphere I moved to Mountain Home. I am now with Century 21 Southern Idaho Realty where I am looking forward to working with you with any of your real estate needs.
